History
Founded in July 2001 by Mario DiCesare and John Calcutt, Site Precision began as a supplier of automated machine control, lasers, transits, and other construction equipment in western Michigan. With our commitment to innovation, we quickly recognized the evolving needs of the construction industry. Within our first year, we expanded our offerings to include total stations for construction layout, marking the beginning of our dedication to providing the latest technology to our clients.
In 2010, we made a strategic decision to focus almost exclusively on construction layout. This specialized approach earned us a reputation as trusted experts in the industry. Our dedication to delivering exceptional results led us to extend our reach well beyond Michigan.
Now, more than 20 years later, Site Precision is a market leader and a trusted source for construction layout solutions and lasers. We continue to build lasting partnerships with clients across the United States, ensuring efficiency and reliable results on every project. As we look to the future, we remain dedicated to combining the latest technology with excellent customer service, continually enhancing the solutions we offer to meet the changing needs of the construction industry.

Outside of work, Mario enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their two French bulldogs. He also loves boating and water sports in the summer and hunting in the fall and winter.
Brian Stuive
Outside Sales – Concrete Construction
Brian has been a valued member of Site Precision since 2007, specializing in robotic total station sales and technical support for the concrete construction industry. With 13 years of hands-on experience as a laborer and foreman before joining the team, he brings a deep understanding of the trade to every customer interaction.
Known for his exceptional dedication to customer service, Brian consistently goes the extra mile. One of our favorite stories about him is when he arrived at a jobsite for a demo, only to find the contractor short on hands. Without hesitation, he grabbed a trowel and jumped in to help finish the concrete before continuing with the demo.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys boating, deer hunting, and spending quality time with his fiancée and kids.
Christian DiCesare
Building Construction Sales Engineer
Christian joined Site Precision in 2023 and is passionate about helping MEP, interior, and industrial contractors find the best layout tools to improve efficiency and streamline their workflows. With a strong technical background, he provides hands-on training, customer support, and AutoCAD guidance to ensure our clients get the most out of their equipment. He’s also our go-to specialist for HP SitePrint.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys playing competitive beach volleyball, hitting the gym, and going on camping trips with his fiancée.
